"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Fox (IP No. 9325) of Beacon LIP Limited, Spaces 4500 Parkway, Solent Business Park, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 7AZ be appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of such voluntary winding up."
