NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the decision by correspondence procedure is to be used to seek a decision from the creditors of the Company on:.

1. That a creditors’ committee be established

2. That the joint administrators’ proposals be approved without modification

3. That the joint administrators’ pre-appointment expenses be approved as follows:

Expense Michelmores LLP - Solicitors - ÂŁ5,558 00; James Cowper Kreston - Insolvency Practitioners - ÂŁ8,000.00 Total - ÂŁ13,558.00

4. That the basis of the joint administrators’ remuneration be approved as a set amount of £14,000 plus VAT

5. That the joint administrators’ be authorised to draw category 2 disbursements as incurred

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver their proofs and votes to James Cowper Kreston, The White Building, 1-4 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2NP by no later than 12 noon on 22 May 2020.
