At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Unit 2 Mariners Court, North Quay Sutton Harbour, Plymouth, PL4 0BS on 30 November 2021 at 10.30 am, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Geoffrey John Kirk (IP No. 9215) of G J Kirk LIP, Unit 2 Mariners Court, North Quay, Sutton Harbour, Plymouth, PL4 0BS be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."
