In accordance with Rule 4.228(1), (2), (3) of The Insolvency Rules 1986 I hereby give notice that:

1. That the director of "My First Word Grows Up Ltd" has acquired from the Joint Liquidators the business of "My First Word Ltd" for the purpose of carring on business as "My First Word Grows Up Ltd".

2. The assets of My First Word Ltd have been purchased on an arms length basis. The offer received from "My First Word Grows Up Ltd" and subsequently accepted by the Joint Liquidators was the only offer put forward.

3. I was a director of My First Word Ltd during the twelve months before it was placed into liquidation on 18 March 2016 and I give notice that it is my intention to act in one or more ways specified in section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent company under the name: My First Word Grows Up Ltd.
