“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gregory Andrew Palfrey (IP No. 9060) and Nigel Fox (IP No. 8891) both of Evelyn Partners LLP, 45 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7BG be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
