Notice is hereby given that on 6 October 2017 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that MUT-U-ALL PROPERTY SERVICES LTD., with its Registered Office formerly at Unit 11, Queenslie Point, Stepps Road, Glasgow G33 3NQ and now at Pentagon Centre, 36 Washington Street, Glasgow G3 8AZ be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 6 October 2017 ordained the said MUT-U-ALL PROPERTY SERVICES LTD. and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
