At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Limited Liability Partnership, duly convened and held at 88 Crawford Street, London W1H 2EJ, on 3 July 2018, at 2.30 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Limited Liability Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD and Kay Possart (IP No. 8837) of CVR Global LLP, Three Brindleyplace, Birmingham, B1 2JB be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
