Notice is hereby given that on 5 February 2019, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Kilmarnock for the Liquidation of Murchland Construction Ltd, Unit 9, Dandrea Business Park, Umberley Road, Loreny Industrial Estate, Kilmarnock KA1 5LB (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, and that in the meantime Blair Milne, Insolvency Practitioner, Campbell Dallas Limited, Titanium 1, Kings Inch Place, Renfrew, PA4 8WF be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the Company; In which Petition the Sheriff at Kilmarnock by Interlocutor of 6 February 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Kilmarnock within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; And eo die appointed the said Blair Milne to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company with the powers contained in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act, 1986, all of which notice is hereby given
