"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Whitwam (IP No. 8346) and David Anthony Willis (IP No. 9180) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 8 Park Place, Leeds, LS1 2RU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
