A Meeting of Creditors of the above named company has been summoned under Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99 to 101 of the said Act.

The meeting will be held at Rutland House, 23-25 Friar Lane, Leicester, LE1 5QQ, on 23 May 2016, at 12.45 pm.

Creditors must lodge a Proxy Form, together with a written Statement of Claim at G2 Insolvency Limited, Rutland House, 23-25 Friar Lane, Leicester, LE1 5QQ – either by post to this address, or fax (0116 326 0321), or email (info@g2-i.co.uk) – not later than 12 noon on the preceding day of the meeting to entitle them to vote at the Meeting.

Notice is also given that Secured Creditors (unless they surrender their security) must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and its value if they wish to vote at the Meeting.

The Resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated and to approve the basis of the Liquidator’s disbursements (alternatively the Liquidator may convene a further Meeting on a later date for the purpose of obtaining such Resolutions). In addition the meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the Meeting.

A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at G2 Insolvency Limited, Rutland House, 23-25 Friar Lane, Leicester, LE1 5QQ between 10.00am and 4.00pm on the two business days preceding the meeting.
