Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed in writing pursuant to Chapter 2 of Part 13 of the Companies Act 2006 on 09 January 2020, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Williams and Geoffrey Bouchier, both of Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG, (IP Nos. 9294 and 9535) be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Liquidators is to be done by them jointly or by any one of them.”
