Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of Mullfern Civil Engineering Limited will be held at the offices of Glaister Jones & Co, 44 Black Jack Street, Cirencester, Gloucestershire GL7 2AA at 10.00am and 10.15am respectively on Friday 28 July 2017. The purposes of the Meetings are for the Liquidator to present a financial account of his activities and an explanation of his administration, providing Members and Creditors with an opportunity to raise questions about that financial account and explanation of his administration, and for the Creditors to consider whether the Liquidator should have his Release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986. To be considered for voting at the Final Meetings a person must have lodged any proxy form required with the Liquidator at the offices of Glaister Jones & Co, 44 Black Jack Street, Cirencester, Gloucestershire GL7 2AA by 12.00 noon on Thursday 27th July 2017, and Creditors must have lodged a Proof of Debt. Forms of Proxy and Proofs of Debt are available from the Liquidator. A Draft Final Report has been issued by the Liquidator in connection with the Final Meetings to enable Creditors to request information concerning the remuneration and expenses of the Liquidator and to consider a formal challenge to the remuneration and expenses of the Liquidator if those are considered excessive.
