NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that the final meeting of members of the above named company will be held at the offices of Gildernew & Co. Ltd, Six Northland Row, Dungannon, BT71 6AW on 9th April 2020 at 10.00am, for the purposes of having accounts laid before the members showing how the winding up has been conducted, how the property of the company disposed of and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of a company.

Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at the offices of Gildernew & Co. Ltd, Six Northland Row, Dungannon, BT71 6AW no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meeting scheduled for 9th April 2020.
