This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY.

Creditors are invited to attend a virtual meeting for the purposes of considering the following: The approval of the Joint Liquidators' remuneration and expenses. The meeting will be held as follows: 5 April 2024 at 10.00 am. Details of how to access the virtual meeting can be requested by contacting Jake Goosey using the email address provided below.

This virtual meeting may be recorded (video and audio) in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded (including recordings of your facial image). Where any recording of the meeting also entails the processing of personal data, such personal data shall be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Joint Liquidator by one of the following methods: By post to: Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich NR1 1BY.
