The shareholder of the above-named company, passed by written resolution on 28 January 2020 the following Resolutions, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That MSD Oncology Holdings Limited be wound up voluntarily under section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986; and

That Gareth Latimer of Grant Thornton, a licensed insolvency practitioner, be appointed as Liquidator of MSD Oncology Holdings Limited for the purpose of winding up the company’s affairs and distributing its assets.
