"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nicholas Simmonds (IP No. 9570) of Quantuma LLP, Meridien House, Ground Floor, 69-71 Clarendon Road, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD17 1DS and David Meany (IP No. 9453) of Quantuma LLP, The Old Town Hall, 71 Christchurch Road, Ringwood BH24 1DH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of its winding-up."
