Ian Franses (IP Number: 002294) and Jeremy Karr (IP Number: 009540), both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP of 24 Conduit Place, London, W2 1EP were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 20 August 2015. The liquidation was a members' voluntary liquidation, a statutory declaration of solvency having been made.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 95 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 24 Conduit Place, London W2 1EP on 21 February 2017 at 11.30 a.m. when a statement as to the affairs of the Company will be laid before the meeting. The meeting is being convened as the Joint Liquidators are of the opinion that the Company will be unable to pay its debts in full (together with interest at the official rate) within the period stated in declaration made under Section 89 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies, together with a statement of their claim at the offices of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 24 Conduit Place, London, W2 1EP not later than 12 noon on 20 February 2017.

Further take notice that a duty is imposed on the Joint Liquidators by the Insolvency Act 1986 during this period before the day on which the meeting is to be held to furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the affairs of the Company as they may reasonably require.
