“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lee Michael De'ath (IP No. 9316) and Richard Toone (IP No. 9146) both of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding.”
