Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above named Company which is being voluntarily wound up, are required on or before 16 May 2018 to prove their debts by sending to the undersiged Charles MacMillan of Beever and Struthers, St George's House, 215-219 Chester Road, Manchester, M15 4JE, the Liquidator of the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Joint Liquidators to be necessary.

The directors have made a Declaration of Solvency to the effect that all of the Company's debts will be paid in full, together with statutory interest, within 12 months of the commencement of the Liquidation.
