A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at Akademi Accountancy, 500 White Hart Lane, London, England, N17 7NA presented on the 18th August 2022 by SOUTH AMERICAN AGENCY LIMITED whose Registered Office is at 1st Floor 4a Rodway Road, Bromley, Kent, BR1 3LB claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 11th October 2022 at 10:00 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 of The Insolvency Rules 2016 by 1600 hours 10th October 2022
