Notice is hereby given that on 26 March 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Hamilton craving the Court inter alia that MR STOVE UK LTD, with its Registered Office at Oakfield House 376-378, W D M Brandon Street, Motherwell, ML1 1XA be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by interlocutor dated 26 March 2019 ordained the said Mr Stove UK Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
