A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no 8472683) of 240 Abbeydale Road, Sheffield, S7 1FL, presented on 14 March 2018 by Maxine Lea Reid and Andrew John Tate of KRESTON REEVES LLP, Montague Place Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4QU, acting as Liquidators to The Old Registry Limited (in Liquidation) (the Petitioner), claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Liverpool Civil and Family Court, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, Merseyside, L2 2BX on Monday 18 June 2018 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
