NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a virtual meeting of creditors is to be held at on 16 July 2021 at 11 am for the purpose of:

That a Creditors' Committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 15 July 2021, and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee.

That the Joint Administrators be replaced by Mr Ben Stanyon and Mr Nedim Ailyan of FRP Advisory Trading Limited as Joint Administrators of the Company and that Michael Paul Roome and Dean Anthony Nelson are removed from office on the approval of this resolution.
