Notice of Intended Distribution

The Insolvency Act 1986 and Insolvency Rules 2016

Notice is hereby given that the Supervisor of the CVA intends to make a first distribution to the non-preferential, unsecured creditors of the Company (as defined by the Arrangement).

Creditors are required on or before 25 July 2017 to send their name, address and particulars of their debts or claims to the Supervisor at LA Business Recovery Limited, 1 Beasley’s Yard, 126 High Street, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1JT or by email to Emily Wise at emily@labusinessrecovery.com or to the Supervisor, Virgil Levy, at virgil@labusinessrecovery.com.

Any creditor who does not prove their debt by that date may be excluded from the benefit of the first distribution. It is the intention of the Supervisor to declare and pay the first distribution within two months of the last date for proving claims given above.
