Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the Members duly convened and held in the offices of Henderson Loggie CA, 45 Queens Road, Aberdeen, AB15 4ZN on 22 March 2019, the following Special Resolution was passed that:

"Moy Burn Company Limited cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly it be wound up and that Shona Campbell of Henderson Loggie, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up".
