"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that R L H Knight (IP No. 002231) of Compass Financial Recovery & Insolvency Limited, Global House, 1 Ashley Avenue, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5AD be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company."
