Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 28 October 2021 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nick Parsk (IP No. 19770) and Chris Newell (IP No. 13690) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 2nd Floor, Arcadia House, 15 Forlease Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RX be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
