A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Mount Group Construction Ltd (10720538) of 111 Mount Pleasant, Liverpool L3 5TF, whose nature of business is Construction of commercial buildings, presented on Monday 08 August 2022, at 10:16 by TMJ CONTRACTORS LIMITED, of Good Hope Mill, 107 Cavendish Street, Ashton-under-lyne OL6 7SW England claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Newcastle, Newcastle Upon Tyne Civil & Family Courts And Tribunal Centre, Barras Bridge, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE1 8QF on Tuesday 27 September 2022, at 12:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
