RESOLUTION

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Robert Stone of R Duncan Stone & Co, Sunrise House, Newdigate Road, Beare Green, Dorking, Surrey be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up."

"That the Liquidator be authorised to make an in specie distribution of the assets owned by the Company to the estate of John Bland."
