At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 42 Triangle West, Bristol, BS8 1ES on 18 January 2022, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Dix (IP No. 21492) and Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) both of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited, Cartergate House, 26 Chantry Lane, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN31 2LJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by all or any one of them."
