"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Paul Dante (IP No. 9600) and Joanne Kim Rolls (IP No. 8867) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Kestrel House, Knightrider Street, Maidstone, Kent ME15 6LU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up."
