NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Avi Morgenstern of the Company is convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 26 October 2021 at 2:15pm for the purposes of deciding on the appointment of the Liquidator, approving the unpaid pre-appointments fees and expenses, approving the fees and expenses of the Liquidation and deciding if a Liquidation Committee should be established.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to 46 Vivian Avenue, Hendon Central, London, NW4 3XP by 4pm on the business day before the meeting.
