This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Hemal Mistry, of Horsfields, Belgrave Place, 8 Manchester Road, Bury, BL9 0ED.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. That a Liquidation Committee be established if sufficient nominations by 6 July 2020 are received and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee.

2. That the basis of the Joint Liquidators’ fees be fixed on the following bases:

i) by reference to the time properly given by the Joint Liquidators and their staff in attending to matters arising in the winding up of the company, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by the firm at the time when the work is performed.

ii) Fixed at 35% of the gross value of the assets realised by the Liquidators.

3. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to draw “Category 2” disbursements to be fixed as set out in appendix 2.
