Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 10 March 2022, as a special resolution and as ordinary resolutions respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily”;

“That Richard Warwick and Timothy Alexander Close of Milsted Langdon LLP, Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2UH, be appointed joint liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up” and

“That the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
