At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 1 April 2016 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily (Special Resolution)"

"Melvyn L. Rose FCA MABRP of Messrs. Elliot, Woolfe & Rose, 1st Floor Equity House, 128/136 High Street, Edgware, Middlesex HA8 7TT be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up (Ordinary Resolution)"

At a Meeting of the Creditors of the Company Melvyn L Rose FCA MABRP of Messrs. Elliot, Woolfe & Rose, 1st Floor Equity House, 128/136 High Street, Edgware, Middlesex HA8 7TT having provided a written statement that he is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the above named Company under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that he consents so to act, was appointed Liquidator of the Company.
