At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company duly convened and held at 10.30 am at 22 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ on 22 June 2021 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew J Cordon (IP No. 009687) and James Everist (IP No. 22710) both of CFS Restructuring LLP, 22 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
