"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Linda Ann Farish (IP No. 009054) and Christopher John Ferguson (IP No. 22890) both of RMT, Gosforth Park Avenue, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8EG be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
