1. “That the LLP be wound up voluntarily” and

2. “That Mark Newton and Lloyd Hinton of Insolve Plus Ltd, 4th Floor Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH be appointed Joint Liquidators of the LLP and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately”.
