Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Court of Session on 7 December 2021 by Paul Mark Conacher, Graham Alan Clarke, Graeme Fredric Hill, Andrew Shaun Lockwood, Ian Henderson Marshall and Peter Walsh as Directors of Mono Global Group Limited, seeking an order to wind up Mono Global Group Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number SC296339) and having its registered office at Culzean House, 36 Renfield Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1LU, in terms of section 123 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to appoint Joint Interim Liquidators, in which Petition Lord Clark, by interlocutor dated 9 December 2021, appointed any party claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge Answers thereto with the Court of Session, Parliament House, Parliament Square, Edinburgh, within 8 days after intimation, service of advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
