A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Monkeys in Sweatpants Limited (11747069) whose registered office is 7 Bell Yard, London, London, England, WC2A 2JR whose nature of business is, Retail sale of sports goods, fishing gear, camping goods, boats and bicycles presented on 3 March 2021, at 12.25 by CHAR-BROIL EUROPE GMBH (A Company incorporated under the laws of Germany) of Paul-Dessaustrabe 8 22761 Hamburg Germany, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the 7 Rolls Buildings Fetter Lane London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 7 July 2021, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
