At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held within the premises at Office 007, Northlight Parade, Brierfield, Nelson, Lancashire on 7 July 2022 at 2 pm the following Resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution of the company:

"That it has been proved, to the satisfaction of this Meeting, that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the Company be wound-up and that Kenneth LeMay (IP No. 5882) of KLM Chartered Accountants, 1st Floor, 153 Queen Street, Glasgow G1 3BJ be appointed Liquidator of the Company."
