“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Paul Michael Davis and Frederick Charles Satow, both of David Rubin & Partners, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London N12 8LY, (IP Nos: 8883 and 15452) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act either jointly or separately.” At a subsequent meeting of creditors held at 2.15 pm on 5 April 2017 at New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ creditors appointed Paul Appleton and Paul Cooper of David Rubin & Partners as Joint Liquidators.
