Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened at The Haycock Hotel, Wansford, Peterborough PE8 6JA on 13 June 2018 the following special resolution and ordinary resolutions were passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Allen (IP No. 008740) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Asset House, 28 Thorpe Wood, Peterborough, PE3 6SR and Patrick Ellward (IP No. 008702) of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Suite A, 7th Floor, City Gate East, Tollhouse Hill, Nottingham, NG1 5FS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
