MOKSHAA CONSULTING LIMITED

passed 13 June 2022.

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at 34 Emmbrook Vale, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG41 1PW, on 13 June 2022, the following resolutions were passed: No. 1 as a Special Resolution, and Nos. 2 to 4 as Ordinary Resolutions:

1. THAT the Company be would up voluntarily.

2. THAT Laurence Gerald Factor CA, FCA, FABRP, of Newman & Partners Insolvency & Recovery Services Limited, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

3. That the Liquidator be authorised to pay disbursements from the company assets.

4. THAT the Liquidator be entitled to draw remuneration in the sum of ÂŁ4,500 + VAT to be drawn by the Liquidator one calendar month after his appointment, or as soon after the expiry of that period that funds become available.
