A Petition to wind up the above-named company (company number 06954012) of Flat 1,21 De Vere Gardens, London W8 5AN, presented on 26 May 2017 by CHARLTON (WALSALL) LLP of 70-78 West Hendon Broadway, London NW9 7BT claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies Court, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 08 December 2017 at 12:00 noon (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
