Notice is hereby given by Lindsey Cooper (IP No. 008931) and Jeremy Woodside (IP No. 9515) both of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF that a meeting of the creditors of Moelyci Environmental Centre Limited, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF is to be held at Neuadd Goffa, Mynydd Llandygai, Bangor, LL57 4LQ on 6 September 2018 at 11.30 am.

The meeting is an initial creditors' meeting under Paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 ('the Schedule').

A proxy form is available detailing the resolutions that will be considered at the meeting, which should be completed and returned to me by the date of the meeting if you cannot attend and wish to be represented. The resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include resolutions specifying the terms on which the Joint Administrators are to be remunerated including the basis on which disbursements are to be recovered from the Company's assets and, if appropriate, the approval of any unpaid pre-appointment costs incurred by the Joint Administrators.

In order to be entitled to vote under the relevant legislation at the meeting you must give to me, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the day fixed for the meeting, details in writing of your claim.
