"That the Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that Nigel Heath Sinclair (IP No. 9030) and Christine Patricia Bartlett (IP No. 24570) both of Richard Long & Co, Castlegate House, 36 Castle Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire, SG14 1HH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Partnership for the purposes of the winding up.”
