Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 13 September 2022 the following resolutions were passed as a Special and Ordinary resolutions respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) and Andrew Andronikou (IP No. 8806) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
