At a general meeting of the above named Company held at 93 Tabernacle Street, London, EC2A 4BA on 22 September 2022 at 2.45 pm the following Resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Carrie James (IP No. 16570) and James Hopkirk (IP No. 21150) both of Kreston Reeves LLP, Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent, ME4 4QU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
