On 09 August 2019 the above-named Company went into Insolvent Liquidation.

We, Giuliano Marcantonio & Angela Marcantonio of c/o 27 Hamilton Road, Motherwell, ML1 3BY were directors of the above-named company during the 12 months ending on the day before it entered Liquidation. We give notice that it is our intention to act in one or more of the ways specified in Section 216 and Section 217 of the Insolvency Act (as amended) together with Rule 12.4(2)(b) of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding up) Rules 2018 in connection with, or for the purposes of, the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent company under the following name:
